Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to SpyZ Feed websites, accounts, bots, dashboards, APIs, subscriptions, and related services. By creating an account, connecting a provider, using a server feature, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service and eligibility

SpyZ Feed is provided to community operators and users who are legally able to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate account information, keep your account current, and comply with the age requirements and consumer protections that apply where you live. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for a minor's use where applicable.

Features may require a linked Discord identity, a verified email address, a compatible server, host credentials, or a separate third-party account. A feature may be unavailable in a region, for a provider, or for a server that does not satisfy its setup requirements.

2. Accounts, access, and credentials

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting passwords, sessions, OAuth links, API tokens, Nitrado credentials, and other access material. Do not send passwords, tokens, NPSSO values, webhook secrets, or payment credentials through Discord, screenshots, support messages, or server configuration fields unless the relevant feature explicitly requires a protected entry.

You may connect only identities and servers that you own or are authorized to administer. Do not impersonate another person, create accounts to evade a suspension, or transfer access in a way that violates a provider's rules.

3. What SpyZ does and does not provide

The service can display or process customer-authorized server settings, operational files, logs, player records, messages, and account information to deliver the selected feature. SpyZ does not transfer ownership of those materials or give you rights to third-party intellectual property. You are responsible for confirming that the requested integration, configuration change, feed, economy rule, or moderation action is lawful and permitted for your server.

SpyZ depends on third-party systems, including Discord, game-server hosts, console and identity providers, iZurvive, Stripe, email delivery, and hosting infrastructure. Those systems can change, rate-limit, suspend, or discontinue access. SpyZ is not responsible for a third party's outage, policy decision, content, fees, or security practices.

4. Subscriptions, plans, and payments

SpyZ may offer Free and paid plans, feature-based subscriptions, and complimentary access grants. The plan, price, billing interval, taxes, included features, and any applicable conditions shown at checkout control the transaction. Paid subscriptions normally renew for the displayed interval until canceled or otherwise ended.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another checkout provider shown at the time of purchase. SpyZ does not ask you to provide full card numbers or payment authentication secrets through Discord or ordinary website messages. You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method and to handle payment data under its own terms and privacy policy.

SpyZ may change plans, prices, feature availability, or included limits. Changes to an existing recurring subscription will be communicated or presented through the billing flow where required by applicable law. A free plan may continue to be available, but no plan or feature is guaranteed to remain unchanged.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can manage an eligible subscription through the billing controls provided in the website. Depending on the subscription state, those controls may let you cancel at the end of the current period, cancel immediately with a displayed prorated refund, resume a scheduled cancellation, or open the payment provider's billing portal.

Except where the checkout terms or applicable law provide otherwise, canceling at the end of a billing period does not create a refund for the unused portion of that period. An immediate cancellation refund, when offered, is calculated and processed through the payment provider; bank or card processing times are outside SpyZ's control. Billing errors should be reported through the support route below with the account and transaction details needed to investigate.

Complimentary grants and other consumable or already-used features may be subject to separate checkout terms and may not be refundable after use, except where required by law. Nothing in this section removes a mandatory withdrawal, refund, chargeback, or consumer right.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use SpyZ Feed to:

• break the law, infringe intellectual property, violate privacy, or evade a provider's rules;
• cheat, exploit, harass, threaten, dox, discriminate against, or target another person;
• interfere with Discord, a game server, a host, the website, payment processing, or another user's access;
• probe, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass access controls, or extract data except through documented features;
• upload malware or unlawful material, or use messages and screenshots to distribute it; or
• use paid or automated features to create an unfair advantage or a prohibited gameplay outcome.

Server owners are responsible for their staff, members, role permissions, configured rules, and actions taken through connected bots or dashboards.

7. User content and permissions

You retain rights you already hold in account content, messages, screenshots, server configurations, and other material you submit. You grant SpyZ the limited permission needed to host, scan, transform, transmit, display, back up, and delete that material to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the material and authorize the requested server operation. SpyZ may remove content or restrict access when it is unlawful, unsafe, abusive, or reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

8. Intellectual property and branding

SpyZ Feed's software, website design, documentation, service marks, and original content belong to the service operator or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, rebrand, modify, distribute, or create a competing service from SpyZ materials except with written permission.

Third-party names, logos, game content, maps, data, tools, and APIs remain owned by their respective rights holders. Compatibility references are descriptive and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or a license.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account or data action through the support route. SpyZ may suspend, limit, or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, provider action, breach of these Terms, or a business decision to discontinue a service. Where practical, SpyZ will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue, but immediate action may be necessary to protect people, data, providers, or the service.

Termination may disable connected bots, dashboards, subscriptions, integrations, and access to stored content. Amounts already due remain payable, and provisions concerning intellectual property, acceptable use, disclaimers, limitations, disputes, and data retention survive where necessary.

10. Availability and limitations

SpyZ Feed is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free automation, permanent data retention, compatibility with every server or provider, or a particular moderation, security, uptime, gameplay, or monetization result. Logs and alerts may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or affected by missing permissions, provider limits, configuration, network failure, or inaccurate source data.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SpyZ and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, lost data, lost progress, service interruption, provider action, or damage caused by unauthorized access outside the operator's reasonable control. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Changes and legal notices

We may update these Terms as the service, providers, or law changes. The updated version will show a new date. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply to future use, subject to any notice or consent requirement imposed by law.
